Shipping policy

At Georgia Shop Supplies, we are committed to delivering our products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order is handled with care, processed quickly, and delivered to your satisfaction.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: Georgia Shop Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If there was a shortage or concealed damage of the products, please reach out to us to help resolve the issue. In the event of a suspected shortage, we ask that you double check the shipment before confirming that package was shipped short. If Georgia Shop Supplies has in fact shorted the order a replacement or credit will be shipped/issued.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
